ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
We kindly ask that you allow our rock star order fulfillment team 24 business hours (excluding weekends and holidays) to prepare your orders for local pickup at our storefront located in Council Bluffs, Iowa. You will recieve an email notification once your order has been fulfilled and is ready for pickup. You can easily check the status of your order at any time at dustedcharm.com or in the Dusted Charm app under account order history to ensure it shows fulfilled.
Our rock star order fulfillment team generally ships your orders within two buiness days (excluding weekends and holidays). We ship packages Monday-Friday from the best city in the Midwest -- Council Bluffs, Iowa.
Please note that pre-orders are always the exception. We do our best to provide an estimated time of arrival of 10-15 business days based on the manufacturer. We will quickly then fufill your pre-order items for either local pickup or shipping once received at our warehouse.
ALTERING OR CANCELING AN ORDER
Once an order is placed it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please refer to our return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).
What do the order status notifications you receive mean?
Unfulfilled Status: As soon as your order is placed, it will reflect this status.
Processing Status: The warehouse team has printed your order.
Label Printed Status: The warehouse team is picking and packing your order for shipment or local pickup.
Fulfilled Status: Order has shipped, you'll be able to find a tracking number under your order. If local pick-up was selected orders in this status are ready for pick up.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is successfully prepared for shipment, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can then track your package’s progress directly from the link provided in the email. You can easily check the status of your order along with tracking information any time at dustedcharm.com or via the app under account order history.
Dusted Charm is not responsible for returned, damaged, lost, or stolen packages, nor are we responsible for incorrect addresses. We ship to the address provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are happy to resend it to you, but may charge an additional shipping fee. Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if orders are returned. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. Please contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
