Thank you for shopping with Dusted Charm!  We’re happy when you’re happy! If for some reason you’re not doing a happy dance in your Dusted Charm item(s) no worries we are here for YOU! We know time and money are incredibly valuable and will do our best to make the return experience easy, flexible, and fast for YOU! 


14 DAY NO WORRY RETURN POLICY

We gladly accept returns of items that are in original purchase condition (unworn, unwashed, undamaged with original sewn in and hang tags attached / shoes, home decor, and gift items must be returned in original box or packaging), unless defective within 14 days of the original in-store purchase date or shipping delivery date along with valid proof of purchase.

Final Sale (no exceptions)

  • For hygienic purposes personal items such as adhesive bras, camis, jewelry, leggings shapewear, undergarments, hair accessories, hats, beanies, pillows, socks and eyewear 

  • All final sale/clearance items (generally end in $.29) and mystery items

  • Gift cards      


HOLIDAY RETURN POLICY

Any orders placed between November 15th and Christmas Day can be returned within 15 business days of Christmas Day. Returns via mail must be posted marked no later than January 10th.


AM I ELIGIBLE FOR A RETURN? 

Item is unworn/unused, item is unwashed, item is unaltered, item has no visible blemishes (makeup/deodorant stains), item has no animal hair, item is free of distinct odors (i.e. smoke/perfume), item is not final sale, item falls within the date ranges specified in the Return Policy. HOW TO COMPLETE A RETURN

Just like having options to wear we know it is best to have options when it comes to returning a purchase.  Choose your favorite below:

Option 1: Return to our storefront. We love helping you in person.  Click here for hours and directions to our storefront!

Option 2: Email us to initiate a return. We love helping you via email too.  Please email us first with your order number within 14 days of purchase at dustedcharm@gmail.com.  We will promptly reply with detailed return instructions including the REQUIRED form to return your item(s). To print our Return Form click here.

Once we receive your return package we will initiate a refund within 5 business days to the method indicated on the required return form.  You will receive notification via email once the return is processed. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable and the customer’s responsibility.


RETURNS WITH SEZZLE

An order purchased with Sezzle can be returned if it meets our return policy. You will still be responsible for your payment agreement with Sezzle and will continue to pay any scheduled repayments.


EXCHANGES

Due to the charming nature of our limited quantity styles, we cannot offer guaranteed exchanges. However, if it is your lucky day and we do have the same item(s) to exchange we are happy to do so! 

Simply email us at dustedcharm@gmail.com with your order number and that you wish to exchange an item(s).  Please indicate the item(s) and the new preferred size or option for the same item(s) and we will advise promptly if available and provide further exchange instructions. 


DEFECTIVE / RECEIVED INCORRECT ITEM

While we take pride in the quality of our merchandise and accuracy in the fulfillment of orders in the rare chance you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at dustedcharm@gmail.com within 3 business days of receiving your shipment. Please include written details about the defect or incorrect item and attach pictures. Our customer service team will help make it right at our cost!


GIFTED ITEMS

If you are returning an item(s) received as a gift, store credit will be issued in the amount that the gift giver paid for the items.  When returning a gifted item, please make sure to let us know that in your email.


ALTERING OR CANCELING AN ORDER

Once an order is placed it cannot be altered or cancelled. Please follow the return policy for items that need returned (including an entire order).
